Part-Time Full-Year Custodian
Hamilton Community Schools has an opening for a part-time full-year (12-month) custodian at Hamilton Elementary and invites hardworking self-motivated individuals to apply for this position.
LOCATION: Hamilton Elementary
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 18 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of federal and state criminal background checks
- Ability to perform physical work that may include the lifting/moving of 50+ lbs.
- Demonstrates dependability and promptness
- Contribute to a positive climate and culture by exhibiting high professional standards
- Provide a foundation for integrity, pride of accomplishment, self-discipline, and teamwork
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Perform all routine cleaning and basic maintenance for the school as prescribed by the custodial duty listing and schedules which includes but is not limited to:
- Removing trash
- Cleaning and disinfecting floors, windows, restrooms, etc.
- Changing light bulbs
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Other duties as assigned
REPORTS TO: Custodial Supervisor
STARTING DATE: ASAP
PAY RATE: $16.09 / hour
AVERAGE WORK WEEK: Monday thru Friday from 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM
