Hamilton Elementary School Student Support Coordinator - 1.00 FTE 

 

JOB SUMMARY: 

The Student Support Coordinator is responsible for student success through the implementation, integration, alignment, and coordination of the community school strategy, linking community resources to the school, and assisting students in the progress of their academic and behavioral success. The coordinator will work directly with students, school staff, and families, identifying barriers that limit student success and will develop strategies and resources to improve attendance, reduce behavior incidents, promote family and community
engagement, and increase student achievement.

START DATE: August 1, 2024

 

SALARY RANGE: 200-Day Coordinator Contract, salary is commensurate with experience and training

Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, operate a computer, hand-held learning devices, and other office equipment, reach with hands and arms, and must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25+ pounds.
